Formations designed, fabricated, and installed 7,000 square feet of exhibits within the U.S. Army’s Heritage and Education Center (USAHEC). Exhibits were designed to draw on USAHEC’s extensive oral histories, transcriptions, artifacts, film, and audio footage to create “talking stories” that allow visitors to view military service from an individual soldier’s point of view.
Interactive elements for the exhibits included a bunker which lets visitors experience a night battle scene, a short film about veterans, and “scan your dog tag” kiosks that lets visitor’s follow a soldier through various wars and conflicts.
